Financial Services Intern

Description of the Internship:

The intern will work in the Financial Services Division of the department. The intern will work with experienced staff to assist in the preparation of management reports and the conduct of financial analysis. The intern will help to monitor client financial activities and ensure compliance with financial policies. The intern will have an opportunity to experience all functions of the Financial Services Branch and will participate in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

• University or community college degree
• Familiarity with accounting principles
• Good ability in Microsoft Excel
• General office administration skills
